Common Uses

Flexible packaging meets diverse needs where product freshness, reduced shipping weight, and strong shelf presentation are important.

Food and Snacks

Stand up pouches and quad seal bags preserve the freshness of snacks, cereal, and other dry goods, while providing four panels for branding and graphics.

Pet Food

Quad seal bags and large stand up pouches accommodate bulkier pet food products, featuring a stable base for retail shelves and warehouse handling.

Coffee and Beverage

Stand up pouches with resealable zippers or valves maintain coffee freshness from the first cup to the last, using barrier films designed for aroma and flavor retention.

Shelf Stable and Retort Foods

Retort pouches withstand high heat sterilization, offering prepared foods a shelf-stable solution that does not require refrigeration.

Household and Personal Care

Refill pouches and resealable bags are suitable for household and personal care products. Child-resistant closures are available for brands requiring enhanced protection.

For heavy-duty shipping, pair these pouches with custom boxes to create a retail display solution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rigid packaging, like bottles, jars, and boxes, holds its shape no matter what goes inside it. Flexible packaging, made from multilayer film, takes the shape of whatever it holds and collapses flat when empty.

For most brands, the deciding factor is cost per unit shipped. A stand up pouch uses far less material than a rigid container built to hold the same volume, and it weighs less on the truck. That combination cuts material spend and freight spend at the same time.

Yes. Monomaterial film structures are available alongside metalized PET and other barrier films. Recyclability depends on the structure selected and the collection programs operating in your market, so our team will confirm what applies to your specific build.

To put together an accurate quote, we need the pouch format, dimensions or fill weight, total quantity, and any barrier or finish requirements specific to your product. If you have artwork files or reference samples, send those along too. It helps our team give you a faster, more accurate first look.

We typically require vector based artwork files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF at 300 DPI resolution. Our design team can provide dielines to ensure your graphics align perfectly with the selected pouch format.

We recommend testing your product in a sample pouch close to your target volume. Our team will help you land on the right dimensions once we know your fill weight, product density, and how you want it to sit on the shelf.

Minimums vary by format, size, film type, and print option. Larger runs can be held through our inventory management and warehousing so you are not storing a full order on site. Contact our team with your order information for current minimums.
